🛠️Choose Your Path: Role Typologies
To match your skills and ambitions, our open positions come in four categories. In the form you can pick up to two.
- Project Team Member
You build things inside a project: code, circuits, prototypes, experiments. You work in a small team with a project manager and deliver something concrete by the end of the semester. CV required.
- Project Manager
You lead a project and its team: goals, timeline, budget, weekly meetings, demo. You are the link between the team, the Projects Division and any partner or lab involved. CV required.
- Internal Team Member
You make the association run: events, trips, communication, relations with other associations and partners, onboarding of new members, task forces. Great first role if you want to learn how BEA works from the inside. No CV needed.
- Internal Manager
You lead a division or hold a board role (Internal Relations Division Manager, Communication Division Manager, Segretario). You coordinate a team, sit at the board table and answer for the results of your area. CV required.
